It is a mixture of resin (PA12, PPS) & the Sm2Co17 or SmCo5 magnetic powder, after mix together with the additive, injection produced the magnet is called Injection Molded SmCo magnet.

The magnetic power of SmCo magnet is larger than injection ferrite and it’s much better than Injection NdFeB in the wet and high temperature environment. The Injection Molded SmCo magnet is very common used in the car, copy machine etc., especially used in the high temperature’s water or oil lever sensors.
